Mission Statement

My father once told me, “The best way to make money is when it comes in the mail.”   I never forgot that, and now my various business ventures do just that.   I work from home, where I control and operate several business, without having to commute, go to company meetings, fly out of town, or stay up late hours due to some superior delegating their work to me.   I am out of the “RAT RACE”, and I can help you earn your freedom, as I have.   This is no BS, I am a retired physician and successful businessman, and by extending my success and knowledge to you, I can help you and in so doing you will help me, earn a greater amount of financial freedom.  But remember we need each other to be successful.    I don’t want your money, but I will need a small commitment of your time.

A graduate of Villanova University and the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Gary Barbosa began his medical practice in Clearwater in February 1984.   Disillusioned with the earnings of a medical practice, he started an advertising company in 1988.   After building a sizable billboard company, in 1998 Dr. Barbosa sold his company and retired from medical practice in order to devote full time to building Champion Outdoor, his current outdoor advertising company.

Having economic freedom, and the lack of time consuming medical duties, Gary was able to spend more quality time with his family and has created business interests in real estate, classic cars, filmmaking, as well as being an author of two fictional novels set in ancient times.   Gary began his latest venture, Champion 1 Travel, as a suggestion by a friend of Mike Alstott’s as well as other Alstott associates.
